Our usual intro offer is $49 for two weeks, but for a limited time, sign up for an intro to the studio and receive 30 days of unlimited Yoga & Pilates membership for only $30.




Here’s what you need to know before your first class:

  • Arrive 20 minutes before your first class to get signed in as a new student.

  • Hydrate before practising, we like to put some salt and lemon in our water for electrolytes.

  • Allow digestion time between eating and exercising.

  • Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and two towels: one for sweat and one for showering.

  • Mats and towels are available to rent for $4 each.

  • Expect to sweat a lot! Wear whatever you are most comfortable in.

  • Changing rooms with showers and cubbies are available.

  • We recommend practising 3 times per week to receive the most benefits.

  • Try classes with different teachers.




Getting here:

  • Britomart is nearby for public transport links.

  • Victoria St and Downtown carparks are both within walking distance.

  • To find the studio, walk along the alley between Queen Street and Swanson Street, and look up for the hiyoga sign. Walk through the glass doors with the mandala and up the stairs to our inner city sanctuary.


About hiyoga

hiyoga is a dedicated space devoted to Hot Yoga. We teach the Hot Hatha Yoga 90 minute 26 & 2 sequence, A 60 minute Hot Yoga sequence, Vinyasa Yoga, Hot HIIT Pilates, and Fly Yoga.

Hot Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. You will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well-being.

Our purpose-built studio has a sophisticated temperature controlled heating system to keep the room at 40 degrees, with fresh air circulation and is set at a consistent heat to give you the best possible workout. The heat fast tracks all the benefits of your practice. Increasing strength and flexibility.

Designed as a therapeutic yoga series to help people recover from injury and to help get your body back to its natural range of motion. You are never too young or too old to learn yoga.

The other modalities we offer at hiyoga are amazing complements to the Hot Hatha Yoga practice.
